After starting her career in Finance with several industrial companies (Coca Cola, Schweppes, Bouygues), Evelyne specialized in the Pharma/Biotech domains mainly with Bristol Myers Squibb and LFB (Laboratoire français du Fractionnement et des Biotechnologies).

As member of LFB's Group Executive Committee, Evelyne was Senior Vice President Corporate Finance & Strategy, then Executive Vice President of LFB Biotechnologies.

She led the company’s major transformations and external growth for more than 15 years, with extensive experience in dealing with State bodies mainly from Finance & Health administrations. 

Evelyne's international experience is cross borders Europe-US and Asia, and related to three key domains: Finance, Strategy and Business Development.

She has succeeded in complex, highly regulated and fast growing environments. 

Her key track records include:

• Mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and post merger integration of listed and non listed companies (US, Europe)

• IPO preparation, capital raising

• Business development with Asia: China, Vietnam, Korea, Singapore

• Strategic alliance, strategic planning

• Corporate Finance transformation and business financial optimization

Evelyne is also President of Paris Healthcare Drinks - a franco-chinese networking and collaboration platform dedicated to professionals from healthcare industries willing to develop relationship with China - and Board member the Stanford Club of France.

Evelyne founded ANMPartners in 2012.
